Aluminium high load thimbles are also known as low-friction rings, lowering rings, lead rings, hard eyes and thimbles. Thimbles are a great alternative to blocks when there is a need for high static load capabilities. Allen high load thimbles come coated in Teflon to help reduce friction. Machined from aluminium and anodised. Crafted from premium marine grade aluminium with an anodised finish to give excellent resistance to corrosion, it is suitable for use in harsh marine environments. Available in 5 colours: gold, purple, blue, black and orange.
