The benefits of being based in Scotland mean that we are often on the south coast to collect and deliver equipment. Almost everywhere in the UK is on the way!

UK Mainland Next Day Courier – £10
Medium Length Item (items over 1m long) – £15
Courier – Long Items – Masts, Booms, Rig Packages etc – £40
European Shipping – £25 (upto 5KG) – £35 (upto 10KG)
International Shipping (Rest of World) – From £75
Deliveries sent outside of the UK may be subject to duties and tax on import. If you would like a quote before confirming your order, please send us an email detailing the contents of your basket and the shipping address and we will send you a bespoke quote.
Returning an item is no problem, if you find an item is the wrong size or simply not what you were expecting. As long as the item is still in its packaging (with tags), undamaged and unused you can return it to us for a full refund. In the event a product has been custom made for you (ie. rope cut to a specified length), we will review on a case by case basis and will accept returns wherever possible.
If you would like to exchange your item for another from our range then simply send us back the item and then place a new order, via the website, for a new item in the normal way. This means no delay in receiving your replacement. We will send you a full refund on the original item once we receive it back.
When returning an item:
Please contact us initially via email [email protected] or telephone 01324 861 756 within 28 days of placing your order, quoting your order number, to notify us of your intention to return. Please include a covering note with your returned item so that we are able to process your return promptly. We would recommend using a ‘signed for’ service to be sure the item is returned to us safely. (eg. Evri (formerly MyHermes), Parcelforce, Royal Mail tracked service, etc).
Refunds for returned items will cover the item(s) purchased but not any postage costs.
