How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch same day all orders received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Cut off time for the Royal Mail is 4pm. In most cases orders in the UK should arrive within 2 working days. Orders within Europe should arrive within 1 week and the rest of the World within 2 weeks. If an item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and confirm availability of the product with an estimated shipping schedule.

Heavier packages are not able to be sent via airmail, so European and Worldwide orders weighing more than 2kg may take longer to arrive. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Shipping costs

We want our postage costs to be simple and the cheapest available (we know no one likes paying for delivery) which is why we offer free delivery to the events we support across the UK. We are always looking for new methods of getting your boat spares to you as quickly as possible at the cheapest cost and in great condition. If you have any feedback or ideas with regards to how we can improve the postage service, we would be happy to hear from you. Our aim is always to give you great service.

Based upon the size and weight of your package a selection of the available delivery options will be given to you on the checkout page.

You are, of course, welcome to collect from our shop in Central Scotland.

UK Shipping Address

FREE Shipping in the UK for orders over £50*.

The majority of our parcels are shipped in one of 3 ways:

  1. Royal Mail 1st class – usually a next day service
  2. Parcelforce – usually a 48 hr service for mid-size parcels. eg. buoyancy aids and the like
  3. TNT – usually a 24 hr service for longer items. eg. tiller extensions, spinnaker poles, spar sections

Bespoke Shipping

Returns Policy

Returning an item is no problem, if you find an item is the wrong size or simply not what you were expecting. As long as the item is still in its packaging (with tags), undamaged and unused you can return it to us for a full refund. In the event a product has been custom made for you (ie. rope cut to a specified length), we will review on a case by case basis and will accept returns wherever possible.

If you would like to exchange your item for another from our range then simply send us back the item and then place a new order, via the website, for a new item in the normal way. This means no delay in receiving your replacement. We will send you a full refund on the original item once we receive it back.

When returning an item:

Please contact us initially via email [email protected] or telephone 01324 861 756 within 28 days of placing your order, quoting your order number, to notify us of your intention to return. Please include a covering note with your returned item so that we are able to process your return promptly. We would recommend using a ‘signed for’ service to be sure the item is returned to us safely. (eg. Evri (formerly MyHermes), Parcelforce, Royal Mail tracked service, etc).

Refunds for returned items will cover the item(s) purchased but not any postage costs.
